The real estate company will start to turn over the building, particularly the lower floors, by the end of June. It expects to generate a total of P7 billion in revenues from the project, which is located in Malate, Manila.

'We already sold around P5 billion, so we only have a P2-billion balance, translating to more than 50 percent of sales,' Barrosa said.
