Taliban governor of Afghan province killed in suicide attack

MAZAR-I-SHARIF, Afghanistan: The Taliban governor of Afghanistan's Balkh province, known for fighting against Islamic State (IS) jihadists, was killed in a suicide attack at his office on Thursday, officials said.
