Negros, Cebu battle over pork
BACOLOD CITY: A fresh conflict is brewing between Negros Occidental and Cebu over pork.
Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia recently issued an executive order imposing a temporary ban on the entry of live hogs, sows, piglets, boar semen, pork and related products from Negros Island to Cebu province.
