THE counsel of a lawmaker who has been linked to the assassination of Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo called for "sobriety" in "pronouncements regarding the allegations against" his client.
"We call on all concerned to observe sobriety in their pronouncements regarding the allegations against Rep. [Arnolfo] Arni Teves [Jr.] in the face of certain accusations against him in connection with the killing of Governor Roel Degamo and several other persons", Ferdinand Topacio said in a statement on Thursday.
