A team of experts from the Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) is expected to arrive in the Philippines on Friday to help remove the oil spill in Oriental Mindoro, the Japanese Embassy in Manila said.
In a statement, the embassy said the Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) expert team "will leave for the Philippines on March 10."
