DFA, Comelec sign deal on field registration centers for overseas voters

THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Overseas Voting Secretariat (OVS) and the Commission on Elections (Comelec) have entered into an agreement to establish local field registration centers (LFRCs) for overseas voters.

OVS Chairman DFA Undersecretary Jesus Domingo, and Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia signed on March 2 a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on the establishment of LFRCs for overseas Filipino voters.
