Student dramatists gather for theater festival

STUDENTS and mentors gathered at the launch of 17th Tanghal university and community-based theater festival in Luzon at the Artist Inc. Center in Los Baños, Laguna.

Spearheaded by the National Committee on Dramatic Arts of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), participants from northern Luzon such as students from Baguio City and La Union and southern Luzon such as Bicol came to learn and showcased their craft in the gathering held February 26 to 28.
