FOURTEEN student films from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB), which won in different local and international competitions, will usher in the official launch of two initiatives from the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), designed to foster a new generation of filmmakers.
The unveiling of the FDCP's Academic Film Society (AFS) and its Student Film Assistance Program (SFAP) is scheduled on March 18, in-between screenings of a set of cinematic works from DLS-CSB and short films from the Western Visayas State University (WVSU).
