THE United States government hosted the first-ever National Youth Development Alliance (YDA) Summit in Davao City to strengthen city government programs for educating and employing out-of-school youth (OSY).
The US Embassy in Manila said the YDA which was organized by the United States Agency for International Development (USAid)- Opportunity 2.0 program was participated by more than 200 youth champions from 15 cities in the Philippines.
