PLDT, Smart notch international certifications

PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and wireless subsidiary Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) have secured international certifications that highlight their capability to deliver services amid disruptions.

The certifications reinforce PLDT and Smart's Business Continuity program, which covers disaster preparedness and response, risk and impact mitigation, and service recovery and restoration plans.
