Phivolcs revises magnitude 5.3 quake in Davao de Oro to 5.9

THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said that a magnitude 5.9 earthquake and not the magnitude 5.3 quake occurred on Monday in Davao de Oro.
