A RANKING official of the Department of Agriculture on Monday said that groups questioning the legality of the 260 containers of imported sugar are free to file a case in court.
In an interview with Agriculture Assistant Secretary and deputy spokesman Rex Estoperez, he reacted to the statement of former Agriculture secretary and Federation of Free Farmers (FFF) Board Chairman Leonardo Montemayor as he encouraged sugar farmers to bring the issue to the court.
