EVEN as the days become warmer, the northeast monsoon locally known as "amihan" will continue to bring light rains and cold mornings particularly in Luzon, including Metro Manila, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday.
With no weather disturbance in sight in the coming days, the weather would be a generally fair in most parts of the country, according to Pagasa forecaster Grace Castañeda.
