Couple barred from mass wedding

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: One of the weekly projects of Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy is to hold mass weddings for free in the remote areas of Cagayan de Oro City.

On Saturday, March 4, Mayor Uy presided over the matrimonial ceremony of all 14 dressed-up couples in Tuburan village, except for Johnny and Joana (not their real names).
