Over two tons of cocaine wash up on French shore

Paris, France: Sealed bags containing a total of 2.3 tons of cocaine have washed up on the northern French coast in the past few days, a source with knowledge of the find said Thursday (Friday in Manila).

The drug was found in two batches of watertight packages on the Normandy English Channel coast, one on Sunday and one on Wednesday, the source told Agence France-Presse (AFP).
