BULACAN Agricultural State College (BASC) officials recently visited Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (Searca) to learn more about the programs of this intergovernmental treaty organization.
Searca, which is headquartered on the campus of the University of the Philippines Los Baños, is a non-profit organization established by its mother organization Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (Seameo) in 1966.
