Fruitas completes Ling Nam acquisition Fruitas Holdings Inc., through a subsidiary, Lingnam Food Inc., is adding a new company to its portfolio in relation to its purchase of the Ling Nam brand.

In a disclosure on Wednesday, Fruitas said that Lingnam Food Inc. had been be set up by unit Soykingdom Inc. to acquire assets related to the Ling Nam food business from LN Banaue Inc., Ling Nam Wanton Parlor and Peter K. Fung.Soykingdom's board on Wednesday amended the sale terms from the previously agreed acquisition of 100 percent of LN Banaue's oustanding shares following due diligence.
