SMB faces Tamayo, Ryukyu in EASL debut

Reigning PBA Philippine Cup champion San Miguel Beer begins its title chase when it faces the Ryukyu Golden Kings in the East Asia Super League (EASL) Champions Week on Thursday, March 2 at the Brex Arena Utsunomiya.

Bannered by veteran international pro Jessie Govan, who is tapped by SMB to team up with Cameron Clark, the Beermen take on the Golden Kings at 6:30 p.m. (Manila time), following the opening game pitting Seoul SK Knights and recent PBA Commissioner's Cup runners-up Bay Area Dragons.
