DEPARTMENT of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. said on Wednesday that the Philippine National Police (PNP) is focused on resolving high-profile killings against local officials.
Abalos said he recently met with Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez to discuss steps being taken by the PNP to resolve these high profile killings, including seeking the support of Congress for additional funds to strengthen the ranks of the police.
