THE chairman of VMA Global College and Training Centers Inc., lawyer Juan Orola Jr., has proposed the creation of a new industry in Negros Occidental to match the sugarcane industry that has been the lifeblood of the province for centuries.
Orola, in his speech during the 50th founding anniversary of VMA Global College, proposed the creation of a maritime industry in Negros Occidental.
