Marking training excellence with a smile

CAPT. Jonathan Villaflor approached our table with a warm smile and spring on his steps. He just got in from a basketball game with friends to cap off a long day at work, the supposed exhaustion hardly noticeable from the way he beamed at his staff and visitors.

Villaflor immediately delved into anecdotes about the night's game even before he started for dinner. He laughed through his stories, shifting from Tagalog to Ilonggo as he went from one funny story to another.
