Sun Life covers same-gender, common-law partner dependents

BEING a company that embraces a caring, flexible and inclusive culture that looks after the well-being of its talent pool, Sun Life Philippines further enhances its medical and health benefits package with the inclusion of same-gender, domestic and common-law partners as eligible to be enrolled as qualified dependents under its new health maintenance organization (HMO) policy. The recent move further fosters the company's ethos of 'Diversity, Equity and Inclusion' through its recognition of the diverse needs of its employees.
