BANGKOK: Thai and American officials officially opened the annual Cobra Gold multinational military exercises on Tuesday, now back to being one of the world's largest of its kind following three years of sharp coronavirus pandemic cutbacks, reinforcing the security alliances of the United States and six Asian nations.
