US to help develop PH e-licensing platform

THE United States will help the Philippines develop its e-licensing platform to prevent the illicit movement of material used for military purposes or for the production of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

The US Embassy on Monday said the development of the Philippines e-licensing platform will be funded through the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
