More regions hit by swine fever

THE Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) reported an increase in the number of regions affected by African swine fever (ASF) — from five in January 2023 to seven in February.

The bureau said that an outbreak of ASF was recorded in 12 provinces and 42 municipalities this month.
