JV wants motorcycle taxis legalized

SEN. Joseph Victor 'JV' Ejercito wants to legitimize motorcycle taxis as public utility vehicles (PUVs) amid the demand for cheap transportation options in Metro Manila.

The senator said that a motorcycle is used 'for delivery, as courier, and motorcycle taxi because of technology.'
