House committee OKs con-con measure

THE House Committee on Constitutional Amendments approved the bill to implement the resolution calling for a constitutional convention (con-con).

The bill, a substitute one, was approved by the committee with amendments during a meeting on Monday, February 27. It still has to undergo plenary debates.
