FORMER Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) security officer Ricardo Zulueta has submitted his counter-affidavit denying any involvement in the killing of hard-hitting radio broadcaster Percival "Percy Lapid" Mabasa and alleged middleman Jun Villamor.
In his five-page affidavit, Zulueta said that he did not receive any instructions from suspended BuCor chief Gerald Bantag to commit any crime.
