3 weather systems affecting PH – Pagasa

THREE weather systems -- the northeast monsoon, shear line and localized thunderstorms -- are affecting the entire archipelago, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday.

According to Pagasa weather forecaster Grace Castaneda, they have not monitored any low pressure area (LPA) inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the coming days.
