UE claims five golds in UAAP fencing

UNIVERSITY of the East (UE) displayed its prowess on the piste as the Red Warriors claimed five of the six gold medals in team competition during the penultimate day of the UAAP Season 85 Fencing Championships on Saturday at the UST Gym in Manila.

The teams of UE clinched gold medals in girls and women's foil, boys and men's epee, and boy's sabre. University of Santo Tomas pocketed the gold medal in the men's sabre competition.
