TUBIG Pilipinas Group Inc. (TPGI) and Catbalogan Water District (CWD) signed a 25-year partnership agreement on Dec. 28, 2022 to improve the water utility's service delivery, operations and maintenance in the City of Catbalogan.

The agreement, which commences this month, was signed by TPGI Chief Operating Officer Mark Eric Roxas and CWD General Manager Ralph Uy. Also present were the members of the board of directors of CWD.

'We are grateful for the trust and confidence given to us by the Catbalogan Water District. We are committed to ensuring that this partnership will deliver successful results not only for Catbalogan Water District, but most importantly, for their stakeholders and the people of Catbalogan,' Roxas said.

TPGI is a fast-growing utility company headed by engineer Ryan Wesley Yapkianwee that champions access to clean water through the operation, management, and rehabilitation of waterworks, sewage and sanitation systems and services. The company is both a bulk water supplier and direct water distributor.

Currently, TPGI through its subsidiaries and affiliates operates water supply and distribution systems in key areas of Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Camarines Sur, Cavite, Palawan, Negros Occidental and Samar.
