The northeast monsoon continues to bring cloudy skies with rain in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
The same weather system is affecting Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon where overcast skies with light rains may prevail in the next 24 hours.
