Serrano fires career-high as Phoenix shocks Converge

Rookie Encho Serrano played like a grizzled veteran after firing a career-high 28 points as Phoenix Super LPG shocked Converge, 106-103 to keep the Fuel Masters' flickering playoff hopes alive on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Providing youthful energy off the bench, Serrano made 11 of his 16 attempts from the floor, including the go-ahead basket with 18.7 seconds to go to finally help Phoenix register its first back-to-back wins under interim coach Jamike Jarin.
