THE Department of Tourism (DoT) in the National Capital Region (NCR) has partnered with the motorcycle-hailing app Angkas to provide tourists with a different experience in visiting "hot" spots in Metro Manila.
Angkas will soon launch rolling tours that will showcase tourist spots in the metropolis, with their drivers being the tour guides.
