Toward inclusive digital transformation

AS only 8 percent of the Philippine workforce is pursuing digital transformation (DX), there remains a challenge in people's resistance toward change. In fact, 67 percent of respondents to a Dell survey in the Philippines emphasized that people's resistance to change could lead to the failure of digital transformation, while 49 percent fear being left behind the train due to a shortage of personnel with the right vision and authority to drive digital transformation.

In line with these recent developments, Rakesh Nandakumar, senior director at Kissflow, discussed with the Manila Times the fundamental concerns behind the resistance against digital transformation and how integrated and unified platforms could bring together a fragmented enterprise.
