BESAO, Mountain Province: The improved Besao Mountain Province to Tubo-Abra Road, Layugan Bridge, and Tamboan pathway were blessed and inaugurated in a ceremony attended by officials of the provincial and municipal governments of the province, Barangay Tamboan, and other guests.
The Layugan Bridge is a dream come true for the people of Barangay Tamboan, who suffered from the hard traveling from the town center Kin-iway to Tamboan. The Besao Mountain Province to Tubo-Abra Road is a part of the 50 listed projects funded under the P607-million loan of the provincial government from the Land Bank of the Philippines.
