Lawmakers split over party-list abolition

LAWMAKERS are divided on the proposal of Sen. Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa to abolish the party-list system in Congress.

In a radio interview, Gabriela party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas said the party-list system is needed to ensure the representation of marginalized sectors.
