AFTER declaring Friday as a special non-working holiday to mark the 37th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) has announced that today, February 25, is a regular working day.
In a statement on its Facebook page, DoLE said Proclamation 167 it issued "just moved the special non-working day from 25 February 2023 to 24 February 2023. Hence, 24 February 2023 is now a special non-working day and 25 February 2023 is an ordinary working day."
