THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this week warned against three companies selling securities without the proper clearances and allegedly using Ponzi schemes to lure investors.
Moneyfescent Global Ventures OPC was said to be enticing the public to invest their money in and sell products through a Brand Ambassador Package worth P350 and a VIP Package worth P3,500 with the latter further split into two variants.
