WITH the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) as an academe partner, the Philippine Climate Change Commission (CCC) will assist the province of Ilocos Norte to become climate-smart and climate-resilient.

CCC Vice Chairman and Executive Director Robert Borje, who joined the recent climate change forum at the MMSU University Review Center, said the CCC and the provincial government of Ilocos Norte will schedule a series of technical writeshops on enhancing the Local Climate Change Action Plans of local government units (LGUs).
