COMPLAINANTS in a case wherein children inoculated with the anti-dengue vaccine Dengvaxia allegedly died have sought the inhibition of a Quezon City judge for being "partial and unfair."
The complainants, assisted by Deputy Chief Prosecutor Irene Resurreccion-Medrano, filed on Thursday an urgent motion to inhibit QC Regional Trial Court Branch 13 Judge Lily Ann Marcos-Padaen from the case.
