Lawmakers divided over move to abolish party-list system

LAWMAKERS are divided over the proposal of Sen. Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa to abolish the party-list system in the country.

In a radio interview on Friday, Gabriela party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas said that the party-list is needed to ensure representation of the marginalized sectors.
