PH ratification of RCEP shows maturity and confidence

IT means a lot and shows Philippine confidence and maturity that the Senate finally ratified on February 21 the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). The chamber voted 20-1 to ratify the agreement; the nation and all branches of the government welcomed the decision.
