A WREATH-LAYING activity, spearheaded by the local government of Guiguinto in Bulacan, was held on Monday at the monument of the five Guiguinteño heroes who were tortured and killed by Japanese soldiers during World War 2.
Mayor Agatha Paula Cruz, along with members of the Sangguniang Bayan and the Philippine National Police, took part in the simple ceremony to commemorate the patriotism and heroism of the fallen heroes.
