DA holds Onion Harvest Festival

THE Department of Agriculture (DA) launched the Onion Harvest Festival at Barangay Tinajero in Bacolor, Pampanga. This also marks the first time onions were planted for mass production in the area.

In a statement, Bureau of Plant Industry Director Gerald Glenn Panganiban said the activity was part of the thrust of the Marcos administration to carry out projects that help the agriculture sector.
