A FORMER lawmaker believes the International Criminal Court (ICC) will continue to investigate the controversial "war on drugs" of former president Rodrigo Duterte even if the former chief executive and the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will not cooperate in the investigation.
In a video interview with The Manila Times, former Bayan Muna Representative Neri Colmenares said the Marcos administration's non-cooperation will likely bolster the ICC's decision to continue with the investigation.
