House panel okays 'in principle' 6 divorce bills for consolidation

A committee at the House of Representatives on Thursday approved 'in principle' proposed bills for divorce in the Philippines.

The Committee on Population and Family relations identified these as House Bills (HBs) 78, 2593, 3843, 3885, 4957, and 4998. These will be consolidated into a substitute bill, along with HBs 1021 and 1593, which had been seconded.
