CABINET officials and business groups on Wednesday welcomed the Senate's ratification of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), saying it would open up opportunities for the Philippines.
"The ratification of the RCEP is key to a more open, transparent, and predictable trade and investment environment," Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno said.
