Investor demand boosts TDF yields

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' (BSP) term deposit facility auction on Wednesday was oversubscribed following strong demand from investors a week after key interest rates were raised.

The central bank lowered the volume for the TDF auction to P280 billion from P330 billion. This was reallocated between the 7-day and 14-day tenors at P150 billion (from P190 billion) and P130 billion (from P140 billion), respectively.
