Clashing war views seen in Biden, Putin speeches

WARSAW: Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin were set to deliver dueling speeches on Tuesday, promising two starkly differing takes on Russia's invasion of Ukraine, a day after the United States president made a surprise visit to Kyiv.

Biden met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday and pledged fresh arms deliveries and 'unwavering' American support, days before the first anniversary of Russian tanks rolling over the border.
